It's easy when working with horses to get stuck anticipating what bad thing might be about to happen. I call this "riding the WHAT IF"... WHAT IF my horse spooks? WHAT IF he bucks? WHAT IF he runs away? In this Nugget of Knowledge, I talk about why it's much better to learn to focus on your horse, stay in the moment, and ride the "WHAT IS" instead!
